The platform utilizes blockchain wallet addresses as a form of identity. In a recent blog, the brand states that from a social perspective, the wallet labeling services work a little like a game: a wallet reveals specific qualities about an individual, it also notes that advanced users will be able to pick and choose what they show the world with integrations of ENS addresses.
In a short video demo, Nansen shows what the platform might look like and how users can interact between groups and individuals — all while using wallet integration for security and verification purposes.
Users of the platform will be able to log in with their crypto wallet, select a username, join groups based on their crypto and NFT holdings, send DMs to other users with end-to-end encryption, monitor key digital asset collections, and more. Currently the beta is open to holders of select blue-chip NFTs with plans for expansion to a broader audience soon.
