Redefining metaverse life with homes for sale that will built out Highstreet World’s metaverse.

Turning its attention towards digital real estate expansion, Highstreet World, the retail-focused MMORPG (massively multiplayer online role-playing game), joined forces with Animoca Brands on Monday, August 1, to introduce the first mechanism to begin purchasing homes and real estate in the Highstreet World’s ecosystem – the “Initial Home Offering” (IHO).

Through the IHO, Highstreet users will initially have access to 5,000 futuristic All-Terrain Trailers – residences that will soon exist in the newly unveiled Animoca Archipelago, a region located within Highstreet World that will play host to Animoca Brands’ intellectual property (IP). Through this partnership, the IHO will turn Animoca Archipelago’s island chain into an immersive theme park, as Highstreet World begins to integrate more of Animoca Brands’ portfolio companies.

“Animoca Archipelago is a place where many universes shaped by games, brands, and IP coexist in harmony,” said Travis Wu, CEO of Highstreet. Each island within the Archipelago, represents an individual brand or game contained within the Animoca Brands portfolio. This upcoming integration also features REVV Motorsport, LayerZero, ApeCoin, PSG Talon, and other numerous projects.

“Models and assets from other projects will function within this enormous space, where users can interact with each other in novel ways. Just as importantly, Highstreet World participants will be able to farm experience points by defeating monsters in the archipelago, eventually opening up new options in their gameplay as they level up,” Wu added.

As Highstreet develops its meta-living foundation, this partnership signifies the company’s continued vision toward bringing Web3 stories and brands together to form the future of business. Each NFT home comprises unique characteristics, offering access to Highstreet’s diverse and creative digital environment.

“Highstreet is an exciting investment for us because it brings together brands from both the Web3 and traditional online worlds, allowing assets to flow between them. We look forward to making the Animoca Archipelago in Highstreet World a virtual destination where our many different communities and many others can come together in one place,” shared Yat Siu, co-founder, and chairman of Animoca Brands.

The whitelisting for this IHO is set to begin in the next couple of weeks with the official minting process happening on Highstreet’s marketplace.

Previously, Highstreet’s recent marketplace sale accumulated over $10 million (USD) in trading volume. The current NFTs floor price is set at 250% more than the original mint price.
