Miller Lite Returns to Decentraland With New Metaverse Experience in Partnership With J Balvin

Leveraging its previous metaverse activation to double down on fan engagement and brand marketing.

TerraZero Technologies Inc., a metaverse developer is carrying the American beer, Miller Lite back to Decentraland’s 3D virtual world with the Meta Lite Bar, in partnership with Colombian singer J Balvin.

Building off Miller Lite’s previous success in Decentraland, TerraZero has activated Miller Lite’s next metaverse experience with a fully interactable bar and digital wearables.

Doubling down on Miller Lite’s metaverse appearance, the bar provides a new space for socializing, community engagement, and fandom.

Collaborating with J Balvin’s entrepreneurial fan-based marketing, users can unlock a new line of Miller Lite x J Balvin merchandise that is wearable for players’ avatars. Bringing J Balvin and Miller Lite’s brand identities to life, the collection includes branded clothing and accessories plus a rainbow-colored hairstyle.

The activation will also serve as a venue for J Balvin to virtually perform along with other musical talent and sporting event viewings, while affording brands new value through the digitally immersive bar.

“There is unprecedented opportunity to create community and engagement for a brand like Miller Lite, and our relationship with Miller and Molson Coors has been nothing short of outstanding,” said TerraZero’s Chief Experience Officer Brandon F. Johnson and Chief Metaverse Officer, Ryan Kieffer.

Earlier this year, Miller Lite entered the metaverse for the first time in celebration of February’s Super Bowl LVI game. After great success with the metaverse’s first brand-hosted bar, Miller Lite has proved they are capable of repeating its virtual builds with its second Decentraland entrance.

The company also saves overhead costs from a single-use activation by bringing its space back for multiple occasions. Miller Lite is paving the next approach of “Miller Time” with real-life handouts through the digitalized setting.

The Meta Lite Bar is currently available for players to explore in Decentraland now until August 2.
